I start by interviewing your customer to discover how your product changed the way they work. I gather the proof to write a case study that answers every buyer’s question: “Would this product work for us?”
See how your story gets builtI also offer
Your best proof is in the details most writers miss.
I have spent several years inside acute-care hospitals. I’ve worked with MEDITECH and Epic, clinical handoffs, and consult workflows. I know the operational constraints healthcare teams carry into any technology change.
I also led an end-to-end SaaS migration, from workflow discovery and platform evaluation to configuration, data preparation, testing, training, troubleshooting, cutover, and adoption. The project moved more than 3,500 matters and 15,000 contacts with zero data loss, reached full utilization in under ten weeks, and removed roughly 50 hours of manual work per month.
That operating experience builds on more than a decade of writing and editing experience. So when a customer describes workarounds, configuration tradeoffs, handoffs, or adoption friction, I understand what they are telling me—and which details make the outcome credible.
